A great day out in the rain with Sally and Sophie today. We ventured Scout Scar and let the dogs off lead. Fantastic 360 degrees panaramic views up there - on a clear day. The mists clung to the hills so not much to see today. Oh, yes we did see something. Alarmingly Sophie alerted our attention to grazing bullocks all around us. She decided to challenge one! At that point we got the dogs leads out and put them on in double time and headed off in the opposite direction. Sally did have a little discussion with a young cow who decided to do just as Sally told her. She ran off to her herd. Sally looked very pleased with herself. Then it was off to Wilf's in Staveley for a well deserved lunch. Yum!
